Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order, please use our order form. There, you can select a standard product, or choose a personalized design if you would like it customized to your liking. If you choose a personalized design, you can provide your own picture and/or text, ask us to design something based on your description, or choose to be contacted by us to discuss your preferences.

Can I modify an order after it's placed?

If your order has not yet been processed (booked in the system and packed for sending), it can still be altered. Please contact us as soon as possible, to inquire if your order can still be altered. If the order is a custom design, it can only be altered before production.

Custom orders that have been crafted cannot be undone. As a general rule, a custom order can be altered until the final design has been approved, and before it has been crafted. Please contact us by phone or email to discuss if your order can still be altered. Our contact details can be found at the bottom of the page or under the 'Contact' tab in the header.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping, as most of our orders are personalized, and we assume people want to admire their product before gifting it. We will keep you updated if this changes in the future.

Can I place a bulk order?

Yes, absolutely! We welcome bulk orders and are happy to offer discounts when you purchase more than 5 of the same item. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we’ll gladly provide you with more information.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes, we do. For more detailed information about our shipping process, and order tracking, please check out our shipping policy page.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you absolutely do not need an account to place an order. We understand that people are often forced to create way too many accounts for various online services, and we do not want to be part of that. Of course, if you find it convenient, you are more than welcome to create an account. But if you don’t, we are just as happy to help you without one.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course! While we hope you won’t change your mind, you can cancel your order until we have shipped it. Please contact us by phone or email if you wish to do so, so that we can help you directly.

What happens after I have placed my order?

Once you have placed an order, we will get right to work! We will start up all our gear, brains included, and get to work to make sure that you get exactly what you ordered. You can expect an order confirmation or contact from our team shortly.

When will I receive confirmation of my order?

If you have placed your order between 8 AM and 6 PM on a weekday (‘Berlin time’ GMT+1), you will get a confirmation the same day. If your order is placed outside these times or during the weekend, you will get a confirmation the next working day.
