Eligible Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

The product must be in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. We cannot accept items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or are missing parts.

Ineligible Returns

Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Items returned after 14 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.

Items that are not in their original, unused condition, are damaged, or missing components will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us:
Email our customer support team at info@sow-it.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

Wait for Authorization:
We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization and return instructions.

Package Your Return:
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Ship Your Return:
Ship the return to the address provided in the return instructions.

Processing Your Return:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions
