Thank you for shopping with Sow-It ! We are committed to delivering your unique items to you with care. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy below.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship our products worldwide, subject to the availability of our shipping carrier, PostNord, to deliver to your location. If you are unsure about shipping availability to your specific location, please contact us before placing your order, and we will investigate the possibilities.

2. Shipping Method

We use PostNord's MyPack Home service for all our shipments.

3. Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping destination and the total weight of your order. The following prices apply:

Please note that these prices are in Danish Krone (DKK).

4. Processing Time

Please allow for a processing and production time of 1 to 14 business days for orders being shipped to Denmark, the Nordic Region, and Europe, and 7 to 28 business days for orders shipped to the rest of the world. This includes production time for customized products and will be calculated from the moment the final design has been approved, and not from initial contact.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Domestic, Nordic Region, and Europe: 1 to 14 business days (includes processing and production time).

Rest of the World: 7 to 28 business days (includes processing and production time).

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and might vary slightly depending on the destination.

6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the PostNord website.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:

Contact Us: Notify us as soon as possible by email at info@sow-it.com.

Provide Information: Provide the following information to us in your email:

Your order number.

A description of the outer packaging and contents of the package.

A copy of your purchase invoice, showing the purchase price excluding VAT.

In case of damaged goods: A description of the damaged goods, if there is PostNord tape on the package, photos of the inner and outer packaging, as well as the damaged goods.

For damaged packages, the claim must be made within 24 hours of the delivery of the package for visible damage, or within 5 business days if the damage was not visible from the outside.

We will then investigate the case and guide you through the next steps in the claim process. It may be required to keep the original packaging and content, so make sure to not discard this.

8. International Shipping

Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and custom fees that may be incurred when the package reaches its destination. We are not responsible for these fees, as they are set by the destination country's customs authorities.

9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the package to us and the costs of reshipping the package to the corrected address.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Currently we have no items that have shipping restrictions. When this changes these items will be posted here.
